Refund Policy

Full refunds may be issued if service is cancelled before work begins
Partial refunds may be available if service is cancelled after work has started but before completion
No refunds are provided for completed services unless there is a documented service deficiency
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service completion
